Boedecker Cellars

Boedecker Cellars was founded in 2003 by winemakers Stewart Boedecker and Athena Pappas, Boedecker Cellars hand crafts small lots of structured, food oriented wines. They focus on Pinot Noir, bottling cuvees that bear the name and reflect the individual palate of each winemaker: Stewart and Athena.  They work with eight vineyards to produce some fine wines.

The Stewart is their red fruited Pinot Noir full of bright acidity, soft tannins and herbal aromatics created mainly from Wadenswil and Pommard. The essence of the Athena cuvee shows a black to blue fruit core, heartier tannins and spice, components redolent of the clones developed in Dijon.

Boedecker Cellars has introduced Community Supported wines.  Sustainably crafted premium wines, produced with a lesser bottling, packing and distribution footprint and therefore a smaller impact on the environment!

Each week we will have 2 bottles, 1 red and 1 white, of fresh, ‘factory sealed’ sustainably crafted Oregon wine for you to pick up at the winery. Return your empty Community Supported bottles back each week and we will sanitize and re-fill the bottles for later pick ups.

Varietal rotation will change weekly and will include Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Rose.

Membership is limited to 30 people. $150.00 Reserve your space now!
