Green Plow roasts coffee fresh in our shop on a Probat L12. As Volkswagen owners, we appreciate its simple German engineering. It’s important to us to find coffees that not only taste great, but that are ethically produced. We also look for coffees that have been grown with environmentally friendly methods. Ethiopian Harrar: This fair trade, organic coffee brings sweet & simple notes of fresh strawberries. $12/lb
Guatemala Loma Linda: Clean and dry with floral notes. Also Fair Trade Organic. $!2/lb
Sumatra Mandheling: Earthy & bold $12/lb
Decaf Cascadia Blend: Swiss water processed decaf. We use this as our decaf espresso blend at the shop. $12/lb
