The Rose Festival starts today. There are many parts to the Rose Festival but for most people it means the Waterfront Village opens with rides, foods, drinks, and entertainment. Admission is free on the 28th, which is opening day, and it runs through June 13th. The Waterfront Village is closed June 1st, 7th, and 8th.

Admission is FREE before 4:00 p.m. Wednesday through Friday.
