Remember, anything is a popsicle.

Sol Pops are gourmet and wellness popsicles handmade in small batches in Portland, Oregon.  Our pops are sweetened with organic evaporated cane juice, agave, or fruit cider, and we intentionally under-sweeten, using just enough to brighten the flavor of the fruits, vegetables, and herbs.

We just opened a space with an expanded menu, right next to our friends at Sound Roots School of Music, Che Café, and Vergnetti’s Coffee.

During the summer, you can find Sol Pops vending from bright blue 1970’s-era cooler trikes under our signature canopy of giant green leaves at these Portland-area farmers markets:

Buckman Farmers Market (Thursdays 3:30–7:30)

Hollywood Farmers Market (Saturdays 8:00–1:00)

Portland Farmers Market @ PSU (Saturdays 8:30–2:00)

King Farmers Market (Sundays 10:00–2:00)

You can also find them in places such as New Seasons Markets, ¿Por Que No?, Hot Lips Pizza, Peoples Coop, the Food Front Coops, many more.
