Gold – Fermented with a lager yeast, this crisp, lightly hopped beer finishes with a subtle citrus note. (4.5 abv)
Pale – A smooth, well balanced pale that goes well with a flavorful meal.
Porter – A dry finishing Porter with coffee/chocolate undertones, and a hint of smokiness. (5.5% abv)
S.O.B. Barley Wine made its debut on Christmas Eve in the S.O.B. tasting room. This amazing Anders Johansen creation, aged in oak bourbon barrels, is a complex yet remarkably smooth libation that is lightly carbonated and will be presented at room temperature in 5 oz. brandy snifters. This very special offering will only be available in their tasting room until later this spring when it will be available in 22 oz bottles.
