Portland, Oregon (26, June 2010)- The NW Spirits and Mixology Show is bringing the Portland public an exclusive insider’s look at the latest trends to follow in the beverage and liquor industry- complete with tasty samples and live mixology demonstrations.
From 4:00pm-6:00pm on Monday, July 26th this industry-only event will open its doors to the public, kicking off the 2010 Innovations and Experimentations LIVE Mixology Demonstrations. These tasty demos will feature some of the Northwest’s best mix-masters sharing several innovations that have the beverage industry at the top of its game.
This is a hands-on event, so there will be plenty of sampling and new items to try, from the well- recognized brands to industry secrets.

Global trends are constantly evolving and the everyday cocktail list is transforming into a much more sophisticated beverage menu. With infused liquors, aromatics and the rise of the “speakeasy trend”, the modern-day bartender is able to pay homage to the days of Prohibition while bringing the public new and tasty ways to imbibe.
